Initial Consultation:

We begin with a site visit to understand your property, objectives, and design aspirations. At this stage, we discuss feasibility, outline potential solutions, and identify whether planning permission or building control approval may be required. An initial build estimate is then prepared.

Feasibility, Design & Approvals:

A detailed proposal is issued outlining scope of works, projected costs, and anticipated timelines. Where planning permission or building control approval is required — or has not yet been obtained — we can manage and assist with the full approvals process on your behalf, ensuring the project is properly prepared before construction.

Project Approval

Once the proposal is agreed, contracts are finalised, a small initial deposit is secured, and a project start date is confirmed. A dedicated project manager is assigned as your single point of contact.

Pre-Construction Setup

Prior to commencement, a formal kick-off meeting is held. You will receive a clear schedule of works and payment milestones, along with confirmation of key stages and responsibilities.

Construction / Fit-Out Phase

On-site works commence under the supervision of an experienced site foreman and are coordinated by your project manager. Progress is closely monitored, with regular quality checks and senior-level oversight to maintain high standards throughout the build or fit-out.
